Refund Reship Policy

MedxPharma will offer additional quality products and services to its clients. It is responsible for the fulfilment of orders of its customers. However, due to their nature, these items are classified as controlled substances in many countries, and there’s an obligation to adhere to certain guidelines.

Refunds:

These are some instances in which customers may seek reimbursement for their expenses:

1. Cancellation: If the customer decides to cancel their order within three days of the date of the payment. After payment has been made and the purchase is delivered to Shipping Department Shipping Department Shipping Department, there are no refunds available.
2. Non-Reception In the event that an order isn’t accepted by the purchaser within 45 days of receiving the money, the purchaser can request the refund. The most frequent causes that don’t lead to a reception can’t be refunded:

Reshipment:

1. Our focus is on purchasing our medications from legitimate wholesalers and manufacturers that are licensed as it is essential with the wellbeing of our customers. If they claim that the medications they purchased are not effective, they may claim a reimbursement if the buyer provides us with the following information:

6. False product: MedxPharma is committed to satisfying your order regardless of the availability of the product. We endeavour to add the correct product, but a different colour or brand of the same item may be available for an exact date. The client can request free shipment of a replacement should an incorrect item be shipped by the buyer. The following information is required:

1. A clear image of the merchandise.
2. A clear image of packaging (envelope or box or box, etc. ).

Be aware that if the patient is receiving the same generic medication but the brand name, color or shape, the return of the drug is not possible.

In addition, the client can choose to take the choice to pick any drug of the same type. 50 percent of the purchase will be delivered when customers pay the shipping fee of $40.

Notification: Free reshipment will take 5 business days for an order to be processed and 14 to 21 days to reach. Reshipments are possible to be delivered faster if customers make another purchase. If this happens, the previous order will be incorporated into the current order. The order will only be shipped once.
